My journey as a cinematographer started in 2016, When people used to ask me about my work, I used to direct them to my Social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram. I never had a showreel to showcase all of my works in one place. It was in my list from quite some time now, At last, I took a pause from everything and focused few days on this, This is the latest update to my reel that I have ever undertaken. I knew I wanted to do this one right, and release it to my Social media platform. I made the edit using Premiere pro-2020, the C-Logs and S-Logs color profile, re-colored everything and applied a new LUT I recently created that I love. In this video, I have tried to cover 4 years of work of mine related industries like Fashion, Sports, Events, Brands, Products, Travel and my Passion Works. While primarily focusing on Cinematography since 2016, I am a director and 3D artist as well. I have captured and directed most of the footage you see here. A Trip to Chariot Beach Resort, 2018!! This is my recent work. All the shots captured in Canon 80D with Sigma 18-35 mm lens. The combination of these two are amazing. Completely satisfied with the quality of the footage. Sigma art series 18 - 35 mm lens is sharp and video quality is great. Overall very good quality lens in this price range. The lens is bit heavy but the build quality is high class. A long-awaited Cinematography Show-reel. I was planning to do this for a long time. While primarily focusing on 3D animations & visual effects for the majority of my career, I am an art director and cinematographer as well. "TRIP TO THE USA" - A Film by Siddhartha Chowdhury I had a beautiful experience visiting the USA. My trip started from Los Angeles, visiting the most happening place 'Hollywood'. From Los Angeles, my journey took an adventurous route (California State Route 1), where I got to explore the incredible scenery and fascinating history - which covered Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, Hearst Castle, 17-Mile Drive. After a long road trip, I reached San Fransisco, where I explored beautiful Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Lombard Street, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Then, I visited Yosemite National Park the following day - I experienced the most beautiful nature. I got to capture a lot of footages of the granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, giant sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, glaciers. From San Fransisco, I visited the most happening place in the world - New York! I decided to go camping in the Taughonnock state park, spent a couple of days there. I returned back to the New York City - where I did a lot of city tours - Statue of Liberty / Battery Park, Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade Center - 911 Memorial Park, Empire State Building, High-Line Park, Wall Street / Charging Bull, Times Square.
